I'm a soccer fanatic.
I like watch sports, especially soccer, I cried when Chile in 1998 classified to soccer world cup and when Marcelo Salas did a goal to Italy using his head in that world cup.
But my life is Colo-Colo the most important soccer team in my country Chile, I've got a lot of thing where their are represented, flag, tshirt, shorts, wallet, etc.
Colo-Colo won the most important cup in South America, Libertadores cup in 1990. I love my team.
Our maximun opposite team is U. de Chile, they going to play with Pachuca from Mexico tomorrow, and I want that U. de Chile win this match. Yes basically I don't like mexican team and they are chilean like me. Good luck for them!!!.

There I know a new word this is lack, it means not to have all, need something but I don't have it.

New words , new world?

Hi all!
I have learned two new words, the name of this # (pound sign) and this " (quotation mark). I had used it a lot but i didn't know its name. Perfect I learned this on http://www.languageguide.org, nice site I recommend learning there!!


Tomorrow Barak Obama will be President of the United Stated, I though over yesterday, but is more difficult for him than Bush to manage USA, basically this is a difficult year in all world , the financial crisis is arriving and a lot of people think that Obama could improve their situation, i don't believe that, and is probable to get to us a deception feeling, I won't hope that, because He seem to be a good person, almost more intelligent that Mr. Bush.

My first day in a blog

Day 1, jan 15:
Today is my first day in this new world, I'm blogging now, that sounds good.
My first objective here is improve my english level, i've got a lot of ideas to do it, one of them obviouslu is my blog here I will be publishing my comments every day about new words I've learned, nice site to improve your english, good podcast , etc.

Probable this isn't fun to you but it's really important for me.

Well today is an important day, is when Gato Alquinta died, when Martin Luther King was born, today is the birthday of my actual boss Claudio Irarrazabal, but the best of today is becouse in two day i will be on birthday!!! cheers by me!!! .
